With over 20 years in the IT industry, our founder brings hands-on experience and strategic insight to every solution we deliver. Backed by a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and certifications in AWS Cloud, CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft technologies, he leads Smart Scale IT with a practical, client-focused approach.
Fluent in English and Spanish, he values clear communication and strong relationships—key to building lasting partnerships in South Florida’s diverse business landscape. His areas of expertise include cloud migration, security systems, telephony, WiFi, Office 365, backup and recovery, multimedia setups, and POS/network support.
